Summary: Room was clean, for the most part. Shower curtain wasn’t long enough so water poured out of the bottom all over the floor even into the room. A bit outdated but staff was friendly & check in was convenient with a text for key code since we were a late check in

Summary: Had a snag with the room key. After getting a little lip from the lady “on call for emergencies “ she came out and let us in at 1:00am.

Summary: We like staying here - 4th time i believe. great location, heated pool, price is good, always meeting fun people at the pool. Just a few small things this time. changed to keyless doors and code does not work until 3pm - no early check-in. Asked for additional towels was told i had to wait and never got them. floor is dirty, wear your flip flops. also giving out wrist bands for pool now?

Summary: I return to the Palms every year. In my opinion it's the nicest motel on the strip. Pool is heated.

Summary: The hotel was in a great locations, peacefully hidden away from the main drag. The rooms were cozy with everything you need if you just want to be there to sleep and not spend your time inside. The pool was a great retreat from the hot summer sun. The pool could use a cleaning but I believe it was because we stayed at the end of a holiday weekend! Can’t wait to go back!

Summary: The location was great. The sign said to leave the water run 3to 5 minutes so the hot water could make it to your room. There was so much humidity in the room the your clothes always felt damp.
